Although our services are Private Pay only, we are happy to provide you with a "Superbill" to submit to your insurance company.
This documentation will allow you reimbursement in accordance with your "Out of Network" benefits.Â
Please call your insurance company for specific information regarding reimbursement for "Out of Network" service providers.
